The history and performance of Kimberly Richardson Consulting (KRC) can be summed up with two words: POSITIVE RESULTS. With more than 50 years of hands-on, professional experience among its team members, KRC prides itself on its ability to enhance and improve organizations both fiscally and operationally. By applying our expertise, we assist our clients in successfully securing grant funds and managing them well. To date, we can account for over $62 million in grants secured and managed.
Incorporated in the State of Alabama in 2006, KRC’s original mission was to be the premier grant writing consulting firm serving non-profit clients in the Greater Birmingham metropolitan area. Our success and reputation in this area quickly led to a demand for expanded services by our clients, resulting in the addition of grants management, training and technical assistance to our service portfolio. Today we serve a variety of non-profit and municipal clients in the Southeast and nationwide.
KRC is led by Kim Richardson, President and Principal Consultant, a knowledgeable and highly experienced professional with a dynamic and successful track record working in the grants arena. Known for her down to earth approach and her ability to make the technical easy-to-understand, she possesses a superior knowledge of the intricacies of grant writing, grant-making and grants management. Working with clients nationwide, she not only consults, but has also made her mark as a published author with the release of her first book “The Official Federal Grants Prep Guide: 10 Tips to Position Your Organization for Success.”
